Encouragement Challenge Continues!

Well, for the most part, I think Lori and I are doing pretty well with this renewed challenge! I'm not sure about Gary, as I don't hear from him as often. I had the day off today, which was a good thing because my cold has gotten worse, but I did go in for my orientation for my part time job. I now look like Rudolf (and just in time! lol) with all the nose blowing and wiping! No over the counter meds seem to be helping. My body feels very drained and achy, but I was able to have a great workout despite all that! Very clean eating today, made easier by my lack of appetite I'm sure!
