Day 4 of Encouragement Challenge
We have one child (Tyler) very sick with the flu, so I guess it's just a matter of time before one of the other three get sick as well. I feel bad for him, but feel helpless cause he just lays around and cries. I hope he gets better soon.I was crazy today because I went shopping! I wasn't crazy enough to hit the "early bird" sales, but crazy enough to go out at all! I was able to buy one present for all of the kids, so I feel a little better about at least getting started. Still have more to buy of course, but haven't heard about the part-time job yet, so I cannot get everything that I want to get for them!
My percentages are way off today, but here is today's menu (I need to stop the protein bars so I can get back on track, that's what's throwing everything off!)

LBWO: I didn't hit any 10's tonight, but concentrated on holding for counts for 3 seconds, so I do feel more in my legs! All Lower Body has been done with free weights.
