Turkey Day! Gobble Gobble!
Well I didn't stick to my plan for today with the eating. The first part of the day went fine, but I ate more at our Thanksgiving dinner that I intended. Could have been worse. I didn't "gobble till I wobbled" nor did I feel so stuffed that I felt sick or anything, just ate a lot more carbs than I should have. And I didn't have dessert! Then continued when I got home. So basically, it was an unintended free day. I kept putting my workout off until really late, 11pm..but I got it done, and I did hit my 10! I started out 5 minutes on the stationary bike, then switched over to the treadmill. I kept doing rotating intervals of speed till I finally maxed out running for one minute. No jello feeling legs, but it felt good. My triceps are sore from last night, and my forearms! Why my forearms? I changed my routine, but for the life of me I can't think of what would cause my forearms to be sore! Since I missed my biceps last night, I did these after my cardio...Dumbell curls:
12-5lbs
10-10lbs
8-15 lbs
6-20lbs
12-15lbs
Barbell curls: 20lbs.
I know I should have (and could have) gotten my workout in much earlier, and because I didn't, I know I could have done better. No excuses! Tomorrow is LBWO, and I will be ready!
