Eh.
I haven't had much to say lately. I had been putting so much extra effort into this challenge, only to see nothing happening. This last week I'm just like....blah! Why is it so much harder to get this off this time? Extra cardio isn't doing it, changing up my workouts isn't doing it, and neither is changing up my diet. Every once in a while I get in the mood where I think I'm just destined to be, well, chunky. Deep down, I know that isn't true and I know somehow, someway I can mold my body into just about anything I want. Maybe this trip to Tennessee this weekend will enlighten me onto new things. Man I hope so!I hope everyone is doing well!
