Ahhhh...That Feels MUCH Better!

Isn't Bobby's daughter adorable? She's all leg too! lol

Well, my doctor is sending me to a specialist, but they can't get me in until November 15th. In the meantime, I am on some pretty powerful medication that knocked me on my butt today! It's working though! I have not had a headache since yesterday and was able to do my cardio workout and Ab Bootcamp without it coming back today.

BFL: I feel like I've been doing really well with it. I'm definitely putting more effort into this challenge than I have any other challenge. Some days I get frustrated because the fat, inches and pounds are coming off so much slower than they did before. But something else I noticed is that I have a lot more muscle in my legs than I had before. The fat is still hanging around there though, and I can't wait to see what my legs look like with the added muscle and less fat! I have made a point to change up my routines at least every 4 weeks, and I have added inner thigh lifts to my regimine.

I have been eating pretty clean, and really haven't slipped up during this challenge. I do take my free days, and will continue to do so. I may cut them back to a free meal once I get closer to my goal but I'm leaving that open for the moment. This week has been off though because I've had a loss of appetite due to the migraines. I'm sure that will be back to normal soon!

Life around here has just gotten crazy with all 4 kids and their sports. Our weekends are pretty much eaten up! Last Saturday there were 5 games going on! And three on Sunday. Bobby and I are having to go in different directions so that we can get them to their games. I still haven't been to one of Zack's football games. Tylers first (ever) soccer game was going on at the same time, and I wanted to see his first game. I will try to go to Zack's football game this weekend, but then that means I'll have to miss Kaylee's and Katie's soccer games. Crazy, crazy, crazy!

P.S. I just received a card from Christie yesterday...so thank you girl! The little touches like that really go a long way and it just goes to show how thoughtful you are! HUGS
