Let's Play Football!

I got to see my son play football this past Saturday. This is the first game of his that I've been able to go to because of conflicting schedules with the other kids sports. I am not really a fan of football, but I really got into his game! He is "running the ball" this year, which is a change. He was on the defensive line last year. I had mixed emotions during the game...it was like..."Go Zack, GOO!!!! " Then..."Hey, don't hit my son!" lol. It was exciting to see him play and the crowd went wild when he was passed the ball and scored an 80 yard touchdown! No one could catch him! I didn't get a picture of that danggit! I was too excited and forgot all about the camera! I didn't really get any good shots this time. In this pic, he had the ball and was tackled. All I can make out is his feet in the air behind his teammate! lol
On the BFL Front:
I've really had to kick things up a couple of notches because I'm not seeing any progress! I have modified my diet again (actually, cut) and have added yet more to my workouts.
This week consists of:
Monday:
LBWO
Dumbell Squats: 5#, 10#, 15#, 20#, 15#
Quad Lifts: 80#
Straight leg dumbell hamstrings: 5#, 10#, 15#, 20#, 15#
Hamstring stretches: 85#
Calve lifts: 80#, 90#, 100#, 110#, 100#
One Leg Calve Raise: 20#
20 min of cardio
An additional 40 reps of inner thigh lifts
Tuesday:
20 minutes of cardio (HIIT)
Ab Bootcamp
20 minute low-impact cardio walk during lunch
Wednesday:
UBWO:

Thursday:
Repeat of Tuesday
Friday: Repeat of Monday
Saturday:
Repeat of Thursday
So I have added extra cardio sessions and the inner thigh lifts to the workouts I am already doing. This is my last week of Ab Bootcamp, which has been going really well!
