Pull Downs: 40#
Bent Over Raises: 5#, 10#, 15#, 20#, 15#
One Arm Dumbell Pulls: 20#
Dumbell curls: 5#, 10#, 15#, 20#, 15#
Standing dual dumbell curls: 15#
Reverse tricep raises: 2#, 5#, 10#, 15#, 10#
Bench dips: 12 reps
40 inner thigh lifts (man, I'm really feeling these! My inner thighs have been sore all week!)
Thursday:
15 minutes of cardio - I was half-assing it, and I knew I was half-assing it, so why continue? I just didn't have the mojo for it tonight. But...I will do another session tomorrow!!!!!
Ab Bootcamp - only one more session of this to go! Whooohooo!

Tomorrow I will do low impact cardio during lunch (weather provided), LBWO and make up HIIT cardio.
I've been eating clean all week, and I have barely been getting my water in, but I am!
I'm struggling with my seemingly lack of progress the past few days, and my morale is shot because I know I've been working harder during this challenge than any other and I'm seeing little progress. At least if my clothes felt looser I would feel a bit appeased. I'm getting through it though, and I'm not giving up, only working out harder! (ok...not tonight, but it was the only night!)
