A Blast Of a Weekend!
What a great weekend!

We arrived in the KC area around 1pm, and hooked up with Lori and Casey for lunch. Sonic...ooooohh, starting out free day just right!
We parted ways for a while so we could check into our hotel and get ready for the big night out! Bobby took a catnap, while I got ready. Funny thing, we were following Casey and Lori most of the way to our hotel, all the while talking about our first impressions. At the same time, thinking that Lori and Casey were probably thinking we looked way better in our pictures because neither one of us feels as though we are at our personal best! More on the impressions later! Turns out, Lori and Casey were in the car in front of us talking about their first impressions of us! I don't know the details from that end of it though!
We met back up at Casey's a little later and met Suz and Suzanne. Right away everyone is taking photos and cracking up at the absurdity of it all!
Casey entertains us at the restaraunt with his version of how him and Lori first starting dating. There was a lot of, "then she stalked me some more,...and I gave in...!" Too funny! We talked BFL while pigging out on burgers, sandwiches and fries (but it's free day!) Suz hears about this local paper that has some bizarre personal ads in them, which she picks up on her way out. Suz seemed to get WAY too interested in the Swingers newspaper! (see pic at right!)
Lori and I seemed to keep the others pretty entertained with diving, crawling, sprawling over the back seat of the Expedition, which became the object of many camera hopeful moments! Which by the way Lori, I remembered on the way home that part of the second seat folds down to use as a step to the back seat! Oh well, entertainment value, right? Casey continued to entertain us while waiting to get in at the comedy club. He told these two young guys in front of us that he and Bobby just won a night out with all of us girls from the swingers club! OMG! I do believe these guys bought the whole story, hook line and sinker, as they were quite interested in our little group from that moment on!
The comedy club was great, but hey, Casey could have kept us laughing all night long! The guys pretty much determined that it was a good thing that they were present to keep us girls in line - cause lordy knows what would happen if we were on our own! Back to Casey's after, for more laughing, drinking and having a great time!
First Impressions:
Lori - An absolutely stunningly gorgeous woman, who is oblivious of the looks she receives no matter where she goes! But damn is it fun to be the one walking next to her! She's an awesome person, and we clicked right away like we were old friends. Lori is a beautiful person through and through. First thing I said to Bobby was, "I wanna look like THAT in a pair of jeans!"
Casey - A great looking guy who never stops long enough for our cheeks to rest! Casey is serious, yet can get us roaring! A wonderful person! Suz made the comment on the tracker thread that Casey is way too hard on himself, and yes, this is true! Casey looks great, has been working hard and has already made a wonderful transformation! So Casey, quit being so hard on yourself, and start having fun with BFL!
Suz - Suz is cute as a button, so photogenic, with big beautiful blue eyes! She's fun, giggly and your all-around all-american girl that you want to take home to meet your family! She's such fun to be around!
Suzanne - Suzanne is more of a wild girl that I pictured her to be! She's a lot of fun as well, and an absolute wealth of nutritional information! I don't want to be sitting next to her while I'm ordering food on a real BFL day, cause I know she'd be squinting her eyes at me in disapproval!
Bobby - A wonderful man that I was fortunate enough to meet and fall in love with! He spent most of the night laughing, even though we never caught a shot of him laughing!
We had such a great weekend, and continued to laugh off an on the whole way home about different things that were said throughout the night. We will always remember this weekend, and can't wait to do it again!
