New Plan.....

First off, thank you everyone for your kind words of advise and tough love! All of you had some good tips and helpful pointers that got my mind working in the right direction again. Jess and Erin- You are right, extra veggies may be just what I need. I'm not eating enough! Rachel, you asked why, why, why would I weigh in after a few bad days? That's easy. I'm addicted to the scale. Always have been, most days I will weigh 2-3x, and I know this is BAD! After hashing this out with myself, I've realized that I can easily work through this with just a few changes.
1. Next shopping trip will include carrots that I can pack in my lunchbag for an afternoon snack that will cure my afternoon munchie problem.
2. I've asked Bobby to hide the scale starting on Sunday. I asked for this day in particular so Kaylee can weigh in. (Which, by the way, Kaylee has lost a total of 14 pounds, and 5 inches off her waist! She looks great!) I can only have the scale back on weigh in day IF I've had a clean week! THAT'LL get me motivated!
3. One day at a time. No more weekly goals, just one day at a time, to make it through and be true.
4. Keep up with the workout routines, which thankfully I have been!
5. Every time I start having those cravings, I'll go for a quick walk, which is easy to do at my office. Just take a quick break, refill my water, etc.

In the meantime, I've managed to stay away from the scale today, and plan to steer clear the next few. I had another fall this afternoon, but quickly picked myself back up and got on track again for the rest of the day. Some of you asked about messenger. Yes, I have a yahoo ID, but I don't get on there anymore. Haven't in a really long time.
