I Discovered Something Tonight!

My butt and upper thighs are separate body parts! lol. I never realized that before! I always thought they were all joined together! lol. So now my thighs don't rub together anymore (whoohoo!), and now I know where my butt ends, and my upper thighs begin! Wow! What a moment! hehehe

I ate clean again today! Isn't it amazing at how just knowing you are doing good, your entire viewpoint of yourself changes? Hmmm. One would think you'd strive to do good every day! So that's it. One day at a time, and a little PMA!
