Weekly Overview and To Date Stats
Well, I had a great week last week and I'm looking forward to another one! Clean eating, no cheats this time! In C1, I only had 2-3 cheats the entire 12 weeks, but this time I seem to have a problem every week! Why the heck is that? Oh well..I feel that I'm back on track now, and am encouraged that I haven't missed any workouts so far this challenge. And my workouts seem better than ever! I feel like I'm gaining more muscle and getting a bit more toned, but I can't see much of it in any pictures! I continue to be sore the day after my workouts, so I take that as a sign I'm still on the right track. I am getting extremely impatient with the darn scale. I believe I'm at the same weight that I was in week 11 or so during C1. Why can't I seem to get under 130? At 5'2, I don't think that's asking for much! I know, I know...don't pay any attention to the scale...but I can't help it! Then I see people on tracker saying they have hit a plateau after a week or two. What is a plateau? A plateau is when you have no changes in inches or pounds for 5 or more weeks. Geez, I can't even say I've hit a plateau! I'm just too freaking impatient! More than 11 inches on just the measurements listed above. I haven't figured out my total inch loss. On another note...Bobby has been playing around with the idea of creating a BLOG! Yeah! I hope he does...then he'll know why I've become so addicted!
