Week 1 Summary
Wow! This is going to be a great challenge! Here are my official stats for the week:-Down 3.5 pounds
-BF% went from 20%, back down to 16.5%
-lost just under 3 inches (unfortunately my chest was affected this time, and I swear there is no more there to lose!)
Made all workouts and all were great!
Eating was 95% clean: authorized cheats on Tuesday but the rest of the week was squeeky clean!
How am I feeling? Great! Motivated! Energized! Determined! and Incredible!
