JUST THE BASICS, OR MORE?

Ok...I've been checking out some of the blends workouts when I can squeeze in the time between work and home. I have noticed that several have killer workouts that are much more than BFL outlines. Many of these people are the ones having some awesome changes going on and they are looking very buff! Lori, for one example.....I've noticed you doing higher reps, and maybe lower weights...and back to doing cardio every day? Bev...although I know you are in a bootcamp, I have to imagine that everything will melt away like it did last time. I take it the bootcamp is a lot more intense than a regular workout. .... Here's the thing....I have been doing BFL by the book. Same reps as recommended, working the muscles as recommended, increasing the weights, etc. As far as any more definition...I don't see it happening for me like it is for others. Is there a point when you body gets used to it, and you have to step it up? So, am I not doing enough at this point? Do I add to my program or go higher reps? Lower the weights? I'm so confused on which way to go now! I want to look buff too! lol Don't get me wrong, I know I've been making slow progress all along, but at the same time I feel like I could be getting even more out of it. Sound crazy? I would appreciate any input on this! Give it to me...I can take it!
