Day 2 of 84 - Transformation Challenge
Ok...so I didn't get a chance to post my first day....but trust me, it went great! Meals were dead on! I got all of my water intake in and I had an awesome workout! I worked my back, shoulders and chest tonight. Boy were my arms a-shakin!Here is tomorrow's plan. I hope to be more up to date from here on out:
Day 2 of 84 - Transformation Challenge Plan
Meals:M1: 4 egg beaters, 2 pieces of multi-grain (all grain) toast (plain), 1 cup coffee (plain)
M2: 1 small apple, yogurt, 1 pure protein bar
M3: 5oz seasoned chicken breast, corn, green beans
M4: 1 small apple, 1 packet of tuna
M5: 5oz seasoned chicken breast, baked potato w/ff sour cream, carrots
M6: 1 GNC 100% Whey Protein Shake
Calories: 1393
Fat: 24g @ 16%
Carbs: 140g @ 36%
Protein: 161g @ 48%
Workout:Sprints:
- 5 minute warm up jog
- 5 minutes of sprints; 30 second sprint, 30 second jog - alternate 5x
- 5 minute cool down jog
