Bummed
My 4 week photos showed no change. This past week has me completely stumped. I ate clean all week, didn't miss a workout. Somehow I managed to GAIN 5 pounds! Overall, I have lost some pounds, inches and BF in the last four weeks. But things just aren't happening nearly as fast as they did during C1. My clothes are still tight, and I still feel like crap as far as how I look. I haven't had a skinny day in like..well, ages!Don't worry......I'm not throwing in the towel! This actually has me so ticked off that this next week is going to be drastic as far as eating and workouts. I will be cutting more from my diet (again), changing my routine, and I will attempt the AB Bootcamp (lord help me!) I need to help my team!
On a positive note, I do feel my legs and butt tightening up. I haven't lost any inches from my butt, but it feels less squishy!

Lesson #1 in home remodeling........you never know what you're going to find!
We started working on our basement bathroom today. We got the vanity and toilet out, but in the process, Bobby put a hole in the wall! lol. Then he starts taking the trim and molding down, only to discover that there are gaps where the corners of the wall are SUPPOSED to go together! Man, they really did a horrible job in this bathroom! I was hoping to be able to paint today, but that didn't happen. We quit early while we decide how we are going to do it so that it's right, but inexpensive. We know what we'd do if we were going to stay in this house, but with us selling it soon, I'm inclined to just put molding back up and cover what they covered.
So we decided to go house shopping instead! We went to about 4-5 (I lost count) open houses. We saw one that we really like, but it's pretty pricey for us. It probably won't be on the market when we're ready anyway. Oh well.
