Pretty Good Week!
Workouts have been great all week, altough I was way too tired last night after working till 10:30pm! I realized yesterday that it has been at least 12 years since I've had a job where I stand on my feet all day! OMG my feet hurt so bad! I have increased the weights on my lower body, and have been sore after both workouts this week, especially in the hamstrings. I'm liking the shape that my outer hips and thighs are taking on, but I still can't seem to get to the inner upper thighs, or the excess fat around my knees. I'm not sure if that is going to take patience, or different excercises. I kept my calories between 1700-1800 all week, and am dropping it back down to 1100-1200 tomorrow. Thankfully, I didn't gain any pounds doing that, in fact I lost a pound! But...I really want to break this stall, and get below that 130 mark by Christmas! I've always gotten stuck at this weight in the past, and every time I just resigned that this is where I'm supposed to be. Well, I'm not giving up this time!We are going to do a little Christmas shopping today, and have to make a dreaded trip to the mall. SO not looking forward to that! But...I am looking forward to doing a little shopping.
Bobby and I talked, and it sounds like he will be getting a part-time job as well, so we will have 4 jobs between the two of us. We will be tired, but it will definitely help out. Hopefully we won't have to do it very long if there are two of us doing it.
