Pretty Good Day!
The last two days have been much better! I stayed on track again today, not even tempted! Whooohooo! I have NOT weighed in today and I will stay away from the darn thing until this Sunday! I still have to get my UBWO done, but I'm looking forward to it. I don't think I'll have time to do an extra cardio session though, as we have the kids.On a tangent here..
It takes almost 2 hours to push all of them through the "take a bath, brush your teeth, get ready for bed" routine. It takes both of us to prod them along. I can delegate from here, but if we go downstairs to work out, no one will move off of the couch, chair or whatever. Why is it they act like it's the first time you've ever told them to take a bath? I mean, every night for the past 10-13 years, you tell your child "go take a bath." To this day, we still get, "why?" or if you get onto them for not taking the initiative to take a bath, the response is, "I didn't know!" Yeah, right. You're told the same thing, night after night for the last 10+ years, but you didn't know? We've talked about just not cooking dinner one night till one of them says, "aren't you making dinner?" And we can say, "we didn't know!"
Anyhoot, I'm back on track and am pretty positive about this week! Bobby's stressed as all get out though because he has a full week of classes and ASE tests this week, so he should concentrate on that right now.
