Day 2 of Mini-Challenge
I had a pretty good day today! 20 minutes cardio, ran all but the last two minutes for my cool down. I really pushed myself tonight! Whoohoo!Clean eating today! Another Whoohoo!

Fat: 27 (15%) - still way too low because of darn fat free cottage cheese, but we're almost out!
Carbs: 196 (45%)
Protein: 159 (40%)
My balance is way off because of this stupid cottage thing, but will hopefully be more aligned tomorrow because I'm switching back over to low-fat cottage cheese.
My calves are killing me from my LBWO last night!
I had a lot of energy today! YESSSS!
