Yiiippeeee!

Finally! I feel like I'm really back in the swing of things! I've had really clean eating for the past two weeks, and stellar workouts! Absolutely the best workouts I've ever had! My weight lifting has improved and I'm finally adjusting to the home gym. And I did take some of my beloved blends advise and bumped the intensity of my cardio! And get this...last night was the first time EVER that I ran for the entire 20 minutes! I usually walk/jog/walk/jog....but no walking last night! And lordy did I feel like my legs were going to fall off! lol. I think my knees are getting stronger, as I'm not feeling pain while jogging anymore. Just with quad excercises, but it's bearable. I am getting excited about weighing in and taking measurements this weekend! I have been completely and utterly inspired by so many of you blends that are really kicking booty this challenge...so THANK YOU!
