Today Is Done
Today wasn't perfect, but it was good. Cardio kicked my butt, literally. I'm fighting the beginning of depression over gaining so much weight. I am now 8 pounds over my starting weight, a total of 21 pounds over my personal best on BFL. It seems even when I do stay on track, I just tread water, you know? I'm so tired of fighting weight. With me it's an every day battle because I gain so quickly. We need some kind of competition thing amongst the blends again....something to get us all going with the motivation and excitement we had going!Should I wipe out all of my other challenge pics and stats and start all over?
